Q: What is the guarantee period of your products?
A: Our products mainly refer to the hardware (armrest, gas spring, mechanism, base, castors) from the factory date, 2 years warranty period. If there are any usage problems, we can help you replace them.
Q: What kind of products are you doing?

Q: Can your products pass the drop test?
A: Regular exported package can't pass the drop test, but we customize the carton and change the package according to the customer's drop test standard to ensure that pass it..
Q: How would you control the quality?
A: To confirm the order, we will check with you of the product detailed specification, such as product size, material, leather/fabric color, according to the sample confirmed, and make sure it acts strictly the same to the mass production. When we come into production, we will be tracing every process by QC inspectors, and we will also take photos of every process to you to update your information. When production finished, you can designate inspectors or third part to check the goods; we will do our best to cooperate with them and solve problems when it occurred.
